Welcome to our FAQ page. We hope we will be able to answer some of your queries about our ladies handbags and

Q. How do I order?
A. When you find an item you would like to order please click on the "Add to Basket" button underneath the item you like.
You will be taken through to a Paypal page to process your order. If you would like to order more items simple click
the continue shopping button. Once you are ready to checkout click on a "View Cart" button or if you are on the Paypal
page click on "Proceed to Checkout" and your order will be processed
Q. I would rather not order online what do I do now?
A. We are happy to take orders over the phone please call us on (01637) 830896. You will able to
pay by card or cheque.

Q. How secure is your online ordering and payment system.
A. We use PAYPAL to process our orders and payments. They are a specialist order and payment processing company
whose site is very secure. We do not see any of your card details ourselves. We are notified of orders and paid through
Paypal.
Q. I have placed my order online what happens now ?
A. Your payment will be confirmed by an email from Paypal. Once we receive your order we will confirm this and send
a copy of your order by email so you can double check the items ordered. We will send an email once your order has
been dispatched.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We try to keep stock of the items listed, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If an order is going to take longer we will
let you know when we confirm your order.
Q. How much will delivery cost?
A. All our prices include the cost of postage and packing for deliveries within the UK mainland.
Q. I live abroad how will I know how much postage is going to cost?
A. You can either send us an ordinary email with your order requirements and we will send an electronic invoice through Paypal
detailing the postage costs for your order. This invoice can be paid online through Paypal using a credit or debit card.
Alternatively you can order as normal through our site and we will send a supplementary invoice for the postage. If you are
not happy about the postage costs and would like to cancel your order we will immediately refund your original order payment.
Q. I would like to order an item but would like it delivered to someone else is this possible?
A. Yes we can deliver to a third party simply amend the delivery address or put your special comments in the box on the Paypal order form when checking out.
Q. What is your policy for returns?
A. We want you to be happy when you shop with us if not we will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days of delivery.
Please obtain proof of dispatch. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your expense.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. We
are committed to protecting your privacy as one of our customers. We will not divulge your personal information to a third party
